We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom prescription glasses are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
